Usher

Sign Up to Usher at the Playhouse!

.

Ushering is a great way to help SVCT. If the show is not sold out, and when they have completed their volunteer duties, ushers are also welcome to sit in the audience and enjoy the show.

.

Each show requires five to seven volunteers,  two ushers at the front doors, two at the side doors, perhaps two to help with seating, and one volunteer to assist with food sales.  Anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Please only one child per adult.

.

The easiest way to become aware of ushering opportunities is to join SVCT’s Facebook group. A link to signups for the upcoming show will be posted on Facebook 1-2 weeks before the show opens. Or contact the upcoming show’s producer. (Check the show listing on this website for contact information or email svct@SVCT.org.)
