50th Anniversary Broadway Tour
The Tour
To kick off SVCT’s 50th anniversary season, SVCT organized a 5 day members’ tour of Broadway and NYC. This whirlwind tour featured three Broadway shows including the new hit Come From Away, the 2019 Tony Award winning Musical, The Band’s Visit, and the just-opened revival of My Fair Lady.
Also included were tours of New York (Trinity Church, Chelsea Market, the 9/11 Memorial, Central Park, the Brooklyn Bridge, Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty, the Top of the Rock, backstage at Rockefeller Center), MOMA and the Met museum entrance, and a Broadway workshop.
