Our popular “Flex Pass” provides a more flexible alternative to traditional “Season Tickets”, but still delivers the same great savings! A Flex Pass is a pre-purchase of a discounted pass that you use to buy tickets for multiple shows. You will receive a personal flex pass code for each pass you buy that you can redeem throughout the season. As tickets become available, you will still choose and  “purchase” tickets for the performances and dates of your choosing, using your personal flex pass code. Your pass can be used for a mix of Limelight and Playhouse productions. Seniors (60+) receive deeper discounts.

Note that a single flex pass code cannot be used to purchase multiple tickets for a single performance. Just like traditional season tickets, a different flex pass code is needed for each ticket to a performance.

How to Purchase and Use a Flex Pass

Purchase

• Go as usual to Ticketor, our ticketing agent site (https://www.ticketor.com/svct). Login with your email address and existing password, or choose a password if needed.
• Instead of purchasing tickets to a specific show, choose one of the available flex pass options. (You may purchase more than one flex pass to include family or friends. All passes you purchase will be in your name and linked to your email on Ticketor.)
• You will receive an email with your personal flex pass code. (If you have purchased more than one flex pass, you will receive a different code for each flex pass.)

Use

• Log in in to https://www.ticketor.com/svct/tickets using the email address and password that was used to purchase the flex pass.
• Select, the performance and date you would like to attend. Select your seats as usual. You may purchase additional seats at the same time.
• NOTE: a single flex pass cannot be used to purchase two tickets for a single evening’s performance; you would need to have purchased two flex passes.
• If you have flex pass tickets still available, you will be automatically asked if you wish to use them. (Once you have used all your flex pass tickets, that option will no longer appear.) Complete your “ticket purchase” at no additional cost to you (and no additional service fees will be added).
• If you are a member, you can also purchase additional adult tickets at a discount using the member discount code for that production.

Note that any unused flex pass tickets will expire at the end of the season.
