Dear Jack, Dear Louise
New Limelight Theater
SVCT is delighted to announce that, after a year without a second venue for Limelight plays, we are moving into a new space in Morgan Hill. This will enable us to again produce small plays in intimate and creative settings, bringing the audience close to the action. With the new venue, we will again be encouraging our patrons to bring or order in dinner while they mingle with friends and t0-be-friends. We will also be again offering a full bar before the show and at intermission.
Going forward, we anticipate offering two small plays a year at this new Limelight Theater and a third play at the Morgan Hill Community Playhouse.

In this delightful romantic comedy, U.S. Army Captain Jack Ludwig, a military doctor stationed in Oregon, begins writing to Louise Rabiner, an aspiring actress and dancer in New York City, hoping to meet her someday if the war will allow. But as the war continues, it threatens to end their relationship before it even starts. Tony Award-winning playwright Ken Ludwig (Lend Me a Tenor) tells the joyous, heartwarming story of his parents’ courtship during World War II and the results are anything but expected.
